Bluewater Primo reserves the right to utilize any shipping service necessary, usually UPS. You will be notified through a confirmation email stating the delivery service and estimated date to arrival. Items in-stock usually ship within 24 hours, custom orders vary and you will be notified if your order is out of stock via email.
Free shipping offers are only valid for orders placed and being shipped within the continental United States.
Returns/Exchanges – If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service dept. Link to our returns authorization page. Returns/Exchanges without authorization from Bluewater Primo WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. All Returns/Exchanges MUST be in original packaging, in unused/re-sellable condition and shipped to Bluewater Primo within 15 business days (Monday – Friday) of original receipt.
All Clearance Specials sales are FINAL, no exchanges or returns will be accepted.
Backorders – If we are out of stock on an item, you may choose to backorder these items. Please specify at checkout if you would like out of stock items backordered.
Shipping charges may vary according to weight and size of package.
We do not ship C.O.D.
